A home sitting service and private concierge service for residents and non-residents in the south of the island of Tenerife.
This service is intended for owners of property (house or apartment) when they are away for a longer or shorter period of time or when they do not occupy their second home in the Canary Islands (possibly for rent).
Year-round tenants who live on the island and who have to travel can also use our service.
CasitaSur therefore offers a property manegement service that will allow you to leave serenely.
Vigilance
We know that an unoccupied home can attract the gaze of malicious people or even squatters. Our preventive surveillance work will help to avoid unpleasant surprises and, if necessary, to quickly contact the appropriate civil protection services.
