Plant watering
We take care of watering your plants at the frequency agreed with you beforehand.
Management of the property before / after the passage of the owners or tenants for the year
We take care of the cleaning and household appliances (fridge, freezer, etc.).
Full housekeeping
We take care of the deep cleaning, window cleaning and laundry before and/or after the stay.
Management of various repairs
We manage any repairs (electricity, plumbing, etc.) by calling on professionals. We establish with you a list of the people you usually call on. If necessary, we will call on our partners.

If necessary, we will call on our partners. The date and time of delivery must be provided to us sufficiently in advance.
Vehicle management
If you own a car, we take care of the annual administrative procedures (e.g. maintenance, technical control…). If you don’t have a garage, we make sure your car is parked in a safe place to avoid the inconvenience of the car pound.

We take care of your transportation to the airport or to your home.

We put you in touch with our partners who will be able to meet your expectations (requests or special occasions, delivery, chef at home, etc.)

We offer holidaymakers the possibility of organizing their stay according to their wishes (sports activities, discoveries, visits, restaurants, shows, activities at sea, etc.).
Meal
We put holidaymakers in touch with our partners who will be able to meet their expectations (special requests or occasions, delivery, chef at home, specific cuisine…).
As far as rental services are concerned, only owners are concerned. They manage themselves, the reservation and the payment of the good which they put in hiring.
We only take care of the practical services agreed with them.
