CasitaSur is a property caretaking (home sitting service) and private concierge service for residents and non-residents of southern Tenerife.

 

This service concerns the owners of properties  (house or apartment)  when they are away for a longer or shorter period of time or when they do not occupy their second home in the Canary Islands (possibly for rent).

In addition, year-round tenants  who live on the island and who travel can also use our service.

We have been renting an apartment in the south west of Tenerife for some time. We live on the island during the winter months, the rest of the year our apartment is unoccupied. We came across the “Casitasur” recommended by a couple of residents and gave it a try. We were very satisfied with the services requested and particularly appreciated the flexibility (surveillance, watering of plants and ventilation of the premises). A cleaning planned for our arrival and some basic foodstuffs, a connected fridge, everything was in accordance with our requests. We were overwhelmed and emphasize the great professionalism.
